The Bird, Bath has a number of spacious rooms to accommodate all the family, the following charges apply when children are sharing a room with two adults:
Children under 3 are free as are cots if required.
Extra beds or sofa beds are charged at £35 per person, per night, including breakfast.
Generally, the above rates apply throughout the year with the exception of special holidays such as Christmas and New Year, or if we have any special offers available.
All pets are very welcome. There will be a charge of £25 per night including a gift in the room. Please inform us at the time of booking.
A booking of five rooms or more may require alternative terms and conditions, so please get in touch with our events team for further details on email@example.com or call 01225 697441.
Your cancellation policy is dependent on your package booked & stated on your confirmation. No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged in full.
Please visit our website for details of our Christmas and New Year cancellation policy as these breaks require pre-payment and are non-refundable.
All bookings must to be guaranteed by credit card. The full room charge will be taken upon arrival & incidentals may be settled upon departure.
We offer complimentary on-site parking for everyone who books directly with the hotel.
The hotel operates a strictly no-smoking policy in all areas of the house. If guests are found to be smoking in the room or the hotel is unable to reuse the room, a minimum fee of £250 will be charged for damages.
Any damages to the room or furniture will be charged, the fee will depend on the nature of the damage.
