How many guests can The Bird accommodate for private dining?
The Bird can accommodate up to 80 guests for private dining in the whole restaurant. In our Glass Rooms we can offer up to 50 and offer 20 and 30 guests respectively each side of the Glass Rooms.
What private dining spaces are available at The Bird?
Glass Room 1 and Glass room 2, along with exclusive use of the entire restaurant.
Can the private dining spaces at The Bird be hired exclusively?
Yes, they can, the fee for this is variable dependent on the date and length of time requested by the guest.

What menus are available for private dining at The Bird?
Our select private dining menu for £60pp which includes a 3-course dinner along with a glass of fizz, we also offer a buffet style menu for £38pp. We offer selection of 4 canapes for £16pp. We would also love to discuss any bespoke options guests would like to do as well.

Is there a minimum spend or room hire fee for private dining?
At The Bird once a booking reaches 14 guests room hire is complimentary, anything below is down to the events team discretion, as this can be both time and date-dependent
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking private dining at The Bird?
Yes, at The Bird you need to pay a 50% deposit of all contracted charges.
How far in advance should I book private dining at The Bird?
When booking private dining at The Bird you can book up to a week in advance.
Is parking available for private dining guests at The Bird in Bath?
Yes Yes. Limited on-site parking is available at The Bird, Bath for private dining guests on a first-come, first-served basis. As the hotel is centrally located in Bath, guests can also use nearby city-centre car parks, with additional parking available at Bath Cricket Club for a charge. Guests can pull up outside The Bird to drop off passengers before parking.
